| 摘 要： | 本文首先对物流企业现状进行了分析，然后指出了金融危机给物流企业带来的影响，最后针对目前物流企业应对金融危机存在的困难，从思变转型开源节流挖掘潜力、抱团取暖树立战胜困难信心、加强管理提供供应链全程服务、明确定位开展个性化物流服务等四方面提出了应对困难的对策。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present situation of logistics enterprise, and then pointed out the influence under the financial crisis and the difficulties of the logistics enterprise in dealing with financial crisis. In conclusion, the paper proposes the strategies in dealing with financial crisis： changes in transition from thinking tap new sources, establish con- fidence in conquering the difficulties by help each other, strengthen the entire supply chain management services, make a clear position and propose personality logistics services. |
