摘    要:为提高喷射水雾冷却烟气的效果,对烟气、水蒸气和液滴的高温混合气流中丝网除水过程进行了数值计算,对获得的单层丝网的除水效率和阻力特性进行了分析.研究表明,烟气流速为10m/s时,算例中丝网对初始直径大于50μm的液滴的除水效率相对较高;排气管路中的丝网仅能将气流中未蒸发的较大液滴除去,对水蒸气和细小液滴的分离效果甚微;增设丝网后,排气阻力的增加在许可范围内,在柴油机排气管路内增设单层丝网除去水雾液滴具有一定的可行性.

Numerical Simulation of Water Eliminating by Wire Mesh in Hot Gas Stream

Abstract:In order to enhance the effect of water-spray cooling,the process of water eliminating in the hot mixed flux of the exhaust gas,the water vapor and the water droplets was simulated by numerical method.The characteristics of water eliminating and resistance of wire mesh were analyzed.Results show that in this case,when gas velocity is 10m/s,the water eliminating for droplets with the diameter of 50μm is high relatively.The wire mesh in the exhaust pipe can only eliminate the droplets with bigger size,the separating effect for water vapor and small droplets are very small.After the wire mesh is collocated in the exhaust pipe,the resistance increases to a certain extent.The method of increasing monolayer wire mesh in exhaust pipe to eliminate water droplets is a feasible measure.
