摘    要:从宏观和微观两个层次量化研究接送中小学生机动车对于北京市道路交通的影响程度.宏观上,对北京市开学前后各2周的交通拥堵指数进行分析;微观上采用实地调查、问卷调研,以及理论计算的方法进行解析.研究表明:(1)接送学生机动车出行对道路交通的影响主要表现形式有早高峰的频繁变换车道和晚高峰的占道停车两个方面;(2)接送学生机动车出行导致单向3车道的路段的单向通行能力下降38%;(3)学生家长也意识到交通拥堵与接送学生机动车出行有关.鉴于接送学生机动车对城市交通有较大影响,提出了改善学区绿色出行环境和充分利用周边空闲设施作为临时停车设施的改善措施.

Study on the Influence of Student Shuttle Vehicle on Beijing Road Traffic

Abstract:The influence of student shuttle vehicle trips on Beijing road traffic are analyzed magnificently and microcosmically with quantitative methods.Magnificently,traffic congestion indices(TCI)of two weeks before and after school in Beijing are analyzed.Microcosmically,on-site inspections,questionnaires and theoretical calculating method are used.The results show that:1)The means by which the student shuttle vehicle trips influence Beijing road traffic include:lane changing frequently during early peak and curb parking during night peak.2)The result of calculating is that three-lane road capacity will drop 38%under the influence of student shuttle vehicle trips.3)Parents of primary and secondary school students have recognized that traffic congestion is related to student shuttle vehicle trips.Finally,improvement measures,such as perfecting the green travel environment around school and applying leisure facilities around school as temporary parking facilities,are proposed.
