摘    要:建立重型牵引车驱动桥壳的参数化有限元模型,研究了板簧中心距的变化与驱动桥壳模态性能之间的关系,并在疲劳分析软件FE-SAFE中,研究了板簧中心距的变化对驱动桥壳疲劳寿命的影响,为驱动桥壳的设计和板簧座的布置提供了依据.

Effect of Changes in Leaf Spring Center Distance on the Fatigue Life of Drive Axle Housing

Abstract:Using APDL programming language the parameterized finite element model of heavy tractor drive axle housing was established then the relationship between the changes in leaf spring center distance and the modal properties.And the effect of changes in leaf spring center distance on the fatigue life was researched in the fatigue analysis software FE-SAFE.It provided a basis for the design of drive axle housing and the installment of spring seat.
