多点应变获取甲板挠曲姿态信息方法研究

摘    要:甲板挠曲姿态信息对提高舰载武器系统的使用性能和船体航行的安全性能都十分必要.在对甲板结构计算简化模型分析的基础上,提出了多点应变测板架弯曲挠度的数学模型;结合算例,对纵骨架式甲板结构进行了"数值试验"验证.结果表明,此方法获得的目标数据具有较好的精度.利用应变作为中间媒介能够及时、实时、准确的获取甲板挠曲姿态信息,克服了现有测试方法很难实现服役船体甲板变形长期监测的局限性.

Method Study for Acquiring Deck Deflection Attitude Information Based on Multipoint Strains

Abstract:In view of the hostile environment of the ship,and the high accuracy requirement on marine navigation and weapon system,deck deflection attitude is very necessary to improve the shipboard equipments' usability and ship sailing's safety.Based on theoretical analysis of deck structure,a mathematical model to measure deck deflection with multipoint strains was presented.Taking a longitudinal framing deck structure as an example,the above-mentioned mathematical model was accurately verified through a numerical experiment.The results indicate that target data derived from multipoint strain has high accuracy.Deck deflection attitude can be acquired,timely,real-timely and accurately,using strains as intermediate medium.The weakness of deck deflection monitoring using traditional testing methods can be effectively overcome.
