| 摘 要： | 为了更好地对我国迅速增长的VTS（vessel traffic service）中心进行管理,同时为未来VTS中心的建设与管理提供指导,应用层次聚类分析方法,综合考虑VTS需求程度、规模大小、信息服务强度、助航服务强度、交通组织服务强度与辖区航行环境安全性等因素对我国21个沿海VTS中心进行分类,并对每类VTS中心的特点进行了总结.通过对不同聚类方法的比较,最终选择了ward法,通过对不同聚类数对应的聚类结果的方差分析,最终将聚类数确定为4类.

| Abstract: | To manage the increasing VTS（vessel traffic service）centers more scientifically and to provide references to the VTS centers to be built in the future,considering the demand,scale,workload of information service,workload of navigation service,workload of traffic organization service as well as navigation environment,we clustered and summarized the characteristics of the 21 coastal VTS centers using hierarchical cluster analysis.By comparing the clustering results of different clustering methods,ward clustering method is chosen.After the ANOVA of the clustering results with different clustering numbers,the final clustering number is decided to be 4. |
