船用焚烧炉燃烧过程的模拟分析研究

摘    要:在三维数值模拟基本原理的基础上,对船用焚烧炉建立三维几何模型和数学模型,用GAMBIT软件建模,借助CFD计算流体力学燃烧模型对焚烧炉炉膛部分进行燃烧过程模拟,以及对烟囱部分进行流场数值模拟,并分析炉膛内温度场的分布,以及烟囱内温度场、压力场和速度场的分布.分析结果证实了焚烧炉的结构设计可行性.

Simulation Analysis Research on Combustion Process of Marine Incinerator

Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of the basic principle of three-dimensional numerical simulation,3-D geometric model and mathematical model of marine incinerator are build.We use GAMBIT software to build calculation model and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)combustion model to do the furnace combustion process simulation of the incinerator and flow field numerical simulation of the chimney section.The paper analyzes the distribution of temperature field inside the furnace,as well as the distribution of temperature field,pressure field and velocity field inside the chimney.And the simulation results have verified the rationality and reliability of the design.
