船载散装化学品事故风险等级预测研究

摘    要:化学品泄漏对环境的影响特别难以解决,因为它们是更难以或不可能直观地观察,而且与表面溢油相比涉及更多的水体污染.此外,有数以千计的化学物质可能会溢出,这些物质各种各样的理化特性导致影响它们的归宿和行动模式有很大的不同.在给定的分类体系下,基于贝叶斯算法自动识别事故类别技术,结合贝叶斯分类器算法预测船载散装化学品泄漏事故风险等级.

Abstract:Environmental impacts from chemical spills are particularly difficult to address,as they are harder or impossible to visually observe and involve much more contamination of the water column compared to surface oil spills.In addition,there are thousands of chemicals that might be spilled,with a wide variety of physical-chemical properties,causing their fates and modes of action for effects to vary considerably.In a given classification system,using Bayesian classifier to predict shipboard bulk chemical spill risk level,the paper discusses the algorithm for automatic identification based on Bayesian classification process technology accident.
