内蒙古自治区农村牧区公路交通发展战略研究

针对农村牧区公路交通基础设施建设现状及存在的问题,从不同角度对内蒙古农村牧区公路交通发展内部优势、内部弱点及外部机会进行了分析。在此基础上,提出内蒙古农村牧区公路交通发展的战略构想与定位,理出发展思路及发展战略,同时提出实现战略构想的具体措施。该项研究对于整个西部地区提高农村牧区公路交通发展有很强的借鉴作用。
