可再分散性乳胶粉水泥砂浆力学性能的试验研究

摘    要:研究了可再分散性乳胶粉砂浆的力学性能,室内测试了砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度、折压比、弹性模量和变形模量。试验结果表明:随着乳胶粉RE 5044N掺量的增加,砂浆的抗折强度较普通砂浆有大幅度提高,抗压强度降低,弹性模量和变形模量减小,折压比增大,粘结强度增大,柔性增强,砂浆的改性效果明显。最后还从可再分散性乳胶粉的作用机理和引入的砂浆力学模型分析了砂浆的改性原因。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of re-disperse emulsion powder RE5044N are studied,and the compressive strength,the rupture strength,the binding strength,the ratio of rupture and pressure,elastic modulus and deformation modulus of the mortar are tested by lab.The results show that with increasing the amount of the emulsion powder,the rupture strength,the ratio of rupture and pressure,the binding strength of re-disperse emulsion powder mortar are higher than normal mortar while the compressive strength,the elastic modulus and the deformation modulus are lower.So its mechanical performances are increased greatly with increasing the amount of the emulsion powder.Finally,its modification reasons are analyzed through mechanism of re-disperse emulsion powder and mechanical model introduced.
