摘    要:文章分析了蓄电池故障的机理和反接充电的危害,并对HXD1C型机车的蓄电池工作原理进行了介绍。针对机车目前的运行情况,对HXD1C型机车蓄电池的充电电路进行了深入研究,提出了3种防反接的改进方法,并对各种方法进行了详细的分析。综合各方法的优缺点,最后确定了一种经济适用的改进方案,即采用半波整流电路来防止外部电源接反,达到了保护蓄电池及其负载的效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the fault mechanism and harmfulness of reverse charging about battery,and presents the work principle of battery on type HXD1C locomotive.According to the present situation,this paper studies the battery charges circuit of type HXD1C locomotive,then proposes three improved methods,and analyzes these methods in detail.After comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,this paper chooses the half-wave rectifier circuit as the best method to prevent battery from being reversely charged.
