CFG桩在储罐地基处理中的试验研究

摘    要:在东营软土地基上,采用CFG桩复合地基处理5万m3储罐软土地基。对储罐加水试压期间的竖向土压力及环墙基础沉降的监测数据进行深入分析,探讨CFG桩复合地基的桩土应力比及荷载分担比规律;从平面倾斜和非平面倾斜两方面进行不均匀沉降控制分析,并计算复合地基最终沉降量。分析结果显示,CFG桩复合地基中,CFG桩的桩体作用明显;储罐的竖向位移累计沉降量、沉降速率、平面倾斜以及非平面倾斜都满足规范的要求。

Abstract:CFG pile composite ground was applied to the soft soil foundation treatment of 50 000 m3 oil tank in Dongying.Analysis on test data obtained from the preloading filling test was carried out,and pile-soil stress ratio and load sharing ratio was discussed;uneven settlement was discussed considering two respects-plane tilt and non-planar tilt,and final settlement was calculated.The conclusion shows that the effects of CFG pile body are remarkable in CFG pile composite ground;all the cumulative settlement of vertical displacement,settlement velocity,plane tilt and non-planar tilt meet the requirements of related codes.
