摘    要:对正庚烷及其与不同比例甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的混合燃料在高速4缸柴油机上进行单缸HCC I燃烧排放试验。试验结果表明,随着MTBE比例的增加,混合燃料的HCC I燃烧低温反应弱化并延迟,进而导致整个HCC I高温阶段燃烧被抑制,燃烧相位延迟,因而MTBE添加具有拓展正庚烷HCC I燃烧负荷的潜力。

Abstract:The single-cylinder HCCI combustion and emission tests are carried out on a 4-cylinder high speed diesel engine fueled with n-heptane and its blend with different proportion of methyl tertiary butyl ether(MTBE).The results show that with the increase of MTBE proportion,the low-temperature reaction of HCCI combustion delays and becomes weak,leading to the restraint and delay of combustion at high temperature phase.Hence,it can be induced that MTBE has the potential to extend HCCI region to high load with smooth combustion.As for the emission,it is found that the level of HC and CO depends on air/fuel ratio and MTBE proportion.
