智能预应力梁的变位控制理论及方法

摘    要:针对活载与恒载比值高的情况,提出了在梁中使用随活载变化而变化的智能预应力方法,即根据梁承受的荷载情况,配置适当的伸缩机构,通过伸缩机构的顶升、回缩改变梁中的预应力大小,从而实现梁的变形始终控制在目标范围内。研究中以一根跨中挠度为控制目标的简支梁在移动荷载作用下的挠度分析,演示了智能预应力的工作过程,同时在研究中考虑了荷载移动速度,探讨了智能预应力系统的可控性,通过数值算例说明了控制思想的可行性。

Abstract:Based on the high ratio of live load to dead load,smart prestress in the beam is introduced to change the value of(prestress) in the beam under different live load.That is to say,according to the live load on the beam,the deformation of smart(prestressed) beam can be controlled in the design range if the beam is collocated with suitable telescopic mechanisms which can change the value of(prestress) in the smart beam by means of propping up or drawing back telescopic mechanisms.The deformation of smart prestressed simple-supported beam,which regards midspan deformation as its control aim,is analyzed to show the whole function course of prestress in the smart beam under locomotive load.Simultaneously taking the locomotive velocity of load into account,the controllable performance of smart beam is also studied.A numerical example is adopted to explain the feasibility of smart prestress control theory.
