基于PLC的船舶电力推进仿真系统的网络通信

摘    要:为了研究船舶电力推进系统的关键技术,搭建小比例实物电力推进系统进行混合仿真;系统采用可编程控制器PLC和PC机组成数据控制的网络系统,基于Profibus_DP协议的PLC的数据组态和可编程原理,实现了PLC与WinCC之间的数据交换、应用程序与WinCC之间的进程数据通信以及服务器和客户端之间的命名管道通讯。

Abstract:In order to study the critical Technology of marine electric power propulsion system,a small scale power propulsion systems was built to implement mix simulation.The network system of data controlling is composed of PLC and PC.The architecture of data configuration based Profibus_DP protocol and programmable theory is described.This system has implemented the data communication between PLC and WinCC,tenor communication between applications and WinCC,and the naming pipeline communication between server and client.
