摘 要: | 对电混凝处理废乳化液的操作条件进行试验 ,结果为极板间距 8mm、电流密度 5mA/cm2 、时间 2 5min为最佳操作条件。处理后出水含COD 86 0mg/L、油 10 .36mg/L、NO-2 2 10mg/L ,pH值为 8.8,外观清澈透明。用此水配制乳化液并分析测定新配制乳化液的性能 ,符合相应标准要求 ,完全可以循环使用电混凝出水配制乳化液

Electric Coagulation Treatment of Waste Emulsion |

Abstract: | Operating conditions for electric coagulation treatment of waste emulsion were tested. Testing result shows that 8mm polar plate spacing, 5mA/cm 2 current density, and 25min duration are optimum operating conditions. It is proved that recycled water from waste emulsion may be completely used for preparing of new emulsion. |
