一级公路建设规划研究

摘    要:各等级公路总体布局与所占比例的合理性,是整体公路网运输效率最大化的前提条件。随着高速公路的快速发展,一级公路的整体数量在多数地区明显不足,形成了公路等级结构的断链,在宏观效益方面大大削弱了公路网络的作用。一级公路作为特殊的高等级公路,具有明显的特点,要根据城镇分布、人口密度、地形、现状路网结构等不同的区域条件,合理规划一级公路,使其在路网中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract:The rationality of the overall arrangement and proportions of all grades of highways is the prerequisite of the maximization of the whole highway net conveying efficiency. Along velopment of expressway, the amount of A road is deficient distinctly in most regions so highway grade structure is broken off, which weakens the action of highway net greatly with the fast de that the chain of in macroperformance. As a special high grade highway, A road has distinct characteristics, so we should program A road in reason according to different area condition such as town distribution, population density, landform, actual road net structure and so on to make A road exert more effect in road net.
