一级公路建设规划研究

各等级公路总体布局与所占比例的合理性，是整体公路网运输效率最大化的前提条件。随着高速公路的快速发展，一级公路的整体数量在多数地区明显不足，形成了公路等级结构的断链，在宏观效益方面大大削弱了公路网络的作用。一级公路作为特殊的高等级公路，具有明显的特点，要根据城镇分布、人口密度、地形、现状路网结构等不同的区域条件，合理规划一级公路，使其在路网中发挥更大的作用。
