地铁运营初期关闭OTE/UPE风机运行的可行性探讨

摘    要:对全线采用屏蔽门系统的西安地铁2号线某区间隧道及与之相连的站台隧道温度进行长期监测,并建立其全尺寸CFD动态仿真模型,参考实测值设定隧道壁面温度,对地铁线路运营初期和远期轨顶和轨底(OTE/UPE)排热风机开启及关闭4种工况下列车在其中行驶过程中隧道内的气流温、速度和压力场进行动态模拟。结果分析表明,地铁线路运营初期,即使不开启OTE/UPE风机,在炎热的夏季地铁隧道内也不会出现超温现象;而运营远期,若仍不开启OTE/UPE风机时,则隧道内温度较高;当区间隧道壁温升高到34℃,夏季站台隧道超温现象严重;当区间隧道壁温达到28℃,下游站台隧道有可能超温。运营初期采取不开启OTE/UPE风机的运行模式是可行的。

Abstract:After a long-term monitoring of the temperature of the tunnel and connecting platform on No. 2Xi'an Metro Line to which Platform Screen Door System is applied,a full-scale CFD simulation model is established. The tunnel wall temperature is set with reference to measured values. Four cases representing OTE / UPE fan turn-on and turn-off during initial and long-term operational periods are dynamically simulated to obtain temperature,velocity and pressure of the air flow in the tunnel when a train runs through. Results indicate that overheat never happens in the tunnel in hot summer even if OTE / UPE fans are turned off during the initial operational period. However,after a long-term operation,the temperature in the tunnel will be quite high if OTE / UPE fans are still turned off. Serious overheat occurs in hot summer in the tunnel of metro platform when the tunnel wall temperature reaches 34° C.When the tunnel wall temperature reaches 28° C, the down platform tunnel may suffer overheat.Therefore,turn-off of OTE / UPE fans during initial period is feasible.
