北京轨道交通剩余地下空间开发建设问题及思考

轨道交通地下空间资源开发对于解决北京日益紧缺的土地资源和方便市民出行意义重大,以北京轨道交通首个地下空间项目—动物园站地下空间为依托,分析总结此类"抢救型"地下空间工程特点,重点研究工程实施风险,并提出具体规避措施。阐述目前北京市轨道交通地下空间建设开发存在的普遍问题,并提出具体建议。

Problems and Reflection of Development and Construction of Beijing Rail Transit Underground Space Resource

Development of rail transit underground space resource is significant to solve the increasingly scarce of land resources in Beijing and convenient for residents' travel. Based on Beijing's first underground space project- Beijing Zoo Station,the characteristics of such "rescue type"underground space engineering are analyzed and summarized,the project implementation risks are studied,and specific circumvention measures are proposed. This paper also addresses the common problems in construction and development of current Beijing rail transit underground space,and provides some specific recommendations.
