摘    要:检测某轮中速大功率柴油主机失效活塞环的基体材料及腐蚀产物的成分,用扫描电镜观察活塞环的显微组织和裂纹形态。分析认为,活塞环显微组织中,片状石墨分布不均匀,尺寸相差大,磷共晶未呈网状分布,降低了活塞环的耐磨性和耐蚀性,是该活塞环失效的重要原因,而燃烧产物中钒和硫的氧化物对活塞环表面的腐蚀,则是导致该活塞环产生裂纹并最终断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:The microstructure and crack forms of the piston ring of the diesel engine were observed,and the chemical compositions of the piston ring material and corrosive matter in the cracks were examined.It is pointed out that it is an important reason that graphite distributed non-uniformly in microstructure of ring,its size made a great difference and phosphor exist not in net form,so that lost corrosion strength and wearability.Corrosion action of S and V oxidation on the piston ring surface was main reason that resulted in crack in piston ring.
