摘    要:职业教育是我国高等教育当中的主要构成之一,职业教育更是担负了为我国培养高素质应用人才的主要任务,因此,在产教结合的大环境之下,对于职业院校的发展提供了基础,提高了人才培养的品质,并且也满足了产业的人才需求,对于我国经济的发展有着推动的作用。本文研究的主题是汽车营销专业的深化产教融合与职业教育体系的人才培养,笔者收集了大量的文献资料,并且对于前人的研究进行了细致化的总结和分析,融合了自身创新性的见解和看法,分析了现阶段人才培养模式存在的问题,并且有针对性的提出在产教融合的背景之下,汽车营销专业人才培养的方案。以期通过本文的研究能够丰富这一理论,并且可以为后续的汽车营销专业人才的培养工作提供一定的理论借鉴。

Abstract:Vocational education is one of the main components of higher education in China.Vocational education is also responsible for the main task of cultivating high-quality applied talents for our country.Therefore,under the environment of combining production and education,it is important for the development of vocational colleges.It provides a foundation,improves the quality of talent training,and also satisfi es the talent needs of the industry,which has a role in promoting the development of my country's economy.The subject of this article is the deepening of the integration of production and education and the cultivation of talents in the vocational education system of automobile marketing.The author has collected a large amount of literature,and has carried out a detailed summary and analysis of the previous research,and has integrated its own innovative insights and opinions.The article analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training model,and put forward a targeted plan for the training of automotive marketing professionals under the background of the integration of production and education.It is hoped that the research of this article can enrich this theory and provide some theoretical reference for the subsequent training of automobile marketing professionals.
