| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断发展,科技的不断进一步,社会对人才的要求越来越高,技工院校是培养技术技能型人才的重要职业院校。由于汽车行业发展形势良好,在很多地方的技工院校都开设了汽车维修专业,就读汽车维修专业的学生大多是男生,这给班级管理带来了一定困扰。笔者从事技工院校汽车维修专业班级管理工作多年,在文章中针对男生特点出发,对汽车维修专业班级管理进行了简单介绍。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of society and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the society has higher and higher requirements for talents.Technical colleges are important vocational colleges for training technical skills.Due to the good development of the automobile industry,many technical colleges and universities have opened automobile maintenance majors.Most of the students studying in the automobile maintenance major are boys,which brings some trouble to class management.The author has been engaged in class management of automobile maintenance in technical colleges for many years.In the article,based on the characteristics of male students,the author gives an introduction to class management of automobile maintenance. |
