| 摘 要： | 文章根据某车型三角窗玻璃导轨与欧式导槽密封条匹配处在高压水枪洗车时漏水情况的分析,从三角窗玻璃及欧式导槽密封条实际匹配状态及设计结构进行对比分析,查出进水路径及改进方案,从而得出后续新车型类似匹配结构设计优化方向.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of water leakage when the triangular window glass guide rail and European-style guide groove sealing strip of a certain vehicle are matched during car washing with high-pressure water gun,the paper compares and analyzes the actual matching state and design structure of the triangular window glass and European guide groove sealing strip.The water intake path and improvement plan can be used to obtain the design optimization direction of similar matching structure for subsequent new models. |
