Abstract:In the traditional simulation analysis,the nominal result is obtained according to the nominal design value,and the simulation result is an exact value.In engineering practice,there are some errors in material production and parts assembly,which lead to the deviation of actual product from nominal design,and the performance of actual product is in a range.Therefore,the traditional simulation analysis results can’t predict the whole situation of the actual product.For the analysis of vehicle interior rattle&squeak,the material parameters of plastic parts and the parameters of clips often fl uctuate in a large range.In addition,with the increase of vehicle service time,the aging of plastics and rubber will also bring changes in material parameters.Therefore,it is not robust to use the nominal simulation results to predict the actual rattle&squeak performance of vehicles.Using multi-sample analysis method,considering the fl oating of relevant parameters,more robust simulation results can be obtained,which can better guide the development of rattle&squeak performance.
