| Abstract: | The construction of the project prototype plays a vital role in the development of automobile engines and transmissions.At the same time,it is a systematic project affected by multiple factors.This paper takes the management pain points of the Liudong Branch of Liuzhou SAIC Automotive Transmission Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as SAGWLD)powertrain development prototype construction process as the breakthrough point,and discusses the practical application of project management technology to improve and optimize the process management. |
