公路安全性评价

摘    要:从安全评价的起源、定义出发,探讨了公路安全性评价的定义、媒介、方法及所适用的不同工作阶段。公路安全性评价定性方法主要是规范符合性检查、公路安全审核。定量方法主要是基于数学、统计方法寻求交通安全与其影响因素的定量关系。定量的安全评价方法可以选择以下媒介:事故、速度、冲突、驾驶负荷等。定量的评价方法有:事故多发段判别、事故预测、速度一致性、冲突技术、驾驶负荷一致性等。介绍了事故多发段判别、事故预测、速度一致性的最新研究成果,并提出冲突技术、驾驶负荷一致性等安全性评价方法的下一步研究工作。

Abstract:On the basis of the origin and the definition of the Safety Assessment,the definition and the medium of the Highway Safety Assessment(HSA) are discussed as well as the methods and the stages in which these methods can be used.The qualitative methods of the HSA are Standard/Specification accordance check and Highway Safety Audit.The quantitative methods are based on the mathematics and statistics to find the quantitative relationship between the highway safety and its influence factors.The quantitative methods can choose the following media:accident,speed,conflict and drive workload etc.And the methods are accidents-based identification,accident prediction,speed consistence,traffic conflict technology(TCT),drive workload consistence.The latest research results of the accidents-based identification,accident prediction and speed consistence are introduced.The following research work on the TCT and drive workload consistence is also put forward.
