| 摘 要： | 从历次大提速到生产结构调整，从青藏铁路的开通到客运专线建设，中国铁路取得的成绩有目共睹。然而，这离不开中国铁通的“贴身服务”。2008年12月26日，中国铁通集团有限公司迎来不平凡的一天——诞生8周年纪念日。8年来，中国铁通保持了快速发展，从传统步入现代，业务量持续增长，逐步构建起全方位、多层次、多方式网络体系。

| Abstract: | On December 26, 2000＇the former China TieTong China Railway Communication Co., Ltd. （China Railcom）, was founded. At January 20, 2004, it was shifted from the Ministry of Railways to the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and its name was changed to ＂China TieTong Telecommunications Corporation.＂ Ever since its incorporation, China TieTong is a major state-owned basic telecommunications operator. |
