应用OKT单克隆抗体检测单纯疱疹性角膜炎中药治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群

为探讨单纯疱疹性角膜炎中药治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群变化，用OKT单克隆抗体检测了112例单纯疱疹性角膜炎，随机分为中药治疗组60例，西药对照组52例。发现中药治疗组治愈率86．6％，总有效率98．33％；西药对照组治愈率71．15％，总有效率90．38％；两组差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。外周血T细胞亚群：治疗前，两组患者辅助性T细胞（TH）的比例明显低于抑制性T细胞（TS）（P＜0.01）；中药治疗组辅助性T细胞（TH）治疗后较治疗前明显提高（P＜0．05），而西药对照组治疗后辅助性T细胞（TH）较治疗前虽有提高，但差异无显著意义（P＞0．1）。说明单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者服中药后，机体内辅助性T细胞比值增加，细胞免疫功能增强。

DETECTION oF SUBTRIBE OF T-LYMPHOCYTE BEFORE AND AFTER TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE TREATMENT IN SIMPLE HERPETIC KERATITIS WITH APPLIED OKT-McAb

Objective: The aim of this experiment is to study the changes of subtribe of T-lymphocyte before and after treatment with traditionalChinese medicine in sirnple herpetic keratitis. Methods: 112 cases of simple herpetic keratitis were divided into two groups at random: 60 cases were treated with traditionaI Chinese medicine once aday, the other 52 cases as contrast were given eyedrops acycloguanosine to drip into the eyes once every two hours. Detection of subtribe of T-lymphocyte before and after treatment was with applied OKT-McAb. Results: Total effective rate was98. 33% and curative rate was 86. 67% in the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine, while the curative rate and total effective rate were 71.15% and 90. 38% respectively in the treatment could be found in the two groups (P <0.01). Therates of T helper lymphocyte (TH) were marked lower than T suppressor all in the two groups before treatment (P<0.01). After treatment T helper lymphocyte(TH) increased significantly compared with pre-treatment in the treatment groupwith traditional Chinese medicine (P<0. 01 ) while in the Western medicine group as contrast, T helper 1ymphocytes increased compared with pre-treatment, but no significant difference could be found in this group(P>0.01). Conclusion:The treatment of simple herpetic keratitis with traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantage over that with Western medicine. Chinese medicine plays an important role in improving the human boby's immune function.
