| 摘 要： | 分析了STB1200C型条幅机的热转印工作原理,阐述了其整体布局、装配工艺、轴承及润滑脂选型和润滑条件等4个方面的设计缺陷,并提出了改进方案和部分原理图。此外还阐述了加热及温控系统、人机功能等方面的设计缺陷,并提出了改进意见。

| Abstract: | The indirect printing by high temperature of banner plant STB1200C was analyzed,design limitations were expounded from aspects of its overall layout,assembly process,bearing and grease type choice,the improvement plan and principle diagrams were put forward.In addition,the design limitations of temperature control,ergonomic function were expounded and some improvement suggestions were given. |
