水泥稳定砂砾三级配掺配的试验要点及施工注意事项

水泥混凝土是现代交通公路建设普遍采用的形式，保证掺配碎石配合比例是决定水泥结构性能的关键。从水泥稳定砂砾作用原理出发，结合公路掺配碎石配合比试验设计情况，分析了水泥稳定砂砾三级配掺配试验操作的要点；探讨了水泥稳定砂砾现场施工存在的问题，对出现问题的成因进行总结；对水泥稳定砂砾施工中需注意的几点问题进行研究，结果表明，按照掺配试验结果完善水泥公路施工是保障工程质量的基础，为水泥稳定砂砾施工作业提供了可行性的参考。

Main Experimental Points of Cement Stabilized Gravel Three Graded Mixture and Construction Notes

Cement concrete is the form widely used in modern highway construction, to ensure the gravel mixture ratio is the key factor determining the performance of cement structure. Starting from the effect of the cement stabilized gravel principle, combining with the road gravel mixture ratio test design, this paper analyzes the points of cement stabilized gravel three graded blending test operation; then, discusses the problems existing in the site construction of cement stabilized gravel, summarizes the causes;finally, stud-ies several problems that should be pay attention to in the construction of cement stabilized gravel, the re-sult of which shows that to perfect cement road construction in accordance with the test results is the foun-dation of ensuring engineering quality. The contents of this paper can provide the feasible reference for the construction of cement stabilized gravel.
