摘    要:利用轨检车在沪宁线苏州—南京段线路上检测的不平顺数据,计算既有沪宁线的轨道质量指数(TQI),运用统计方法对轨道质量指数的频数分布和里程分布进行分析。结果表明,线路90%以上的TQI数值处于13以下。通过对单项不平顺占轨道质量指数权重进行统计分析,得到单项不平顺的管理值。分析表明,对沪宁线而言,左、右高低不平顺和水平不平顺在TQI中占的比重较大,对轨道质量的影响较大。根据统计得到的TQI管理值和各项不平顺所占权重,各项不平顺小于管理值之内的里程均大于78%。说明将沪宁既有提速线路的TQI管理值定为13基本能保证线路的质量状态。

Abstract:Frequence and length distribution of track quality index(TQI) was calculated and analyzed using track irregularity data of Suzhou-Nanjing section of Hu-Ning Line by track inspection car in order to find distribution and proportion of TQI.Statistics shows TQI of over 90% line was lower than 13.Furthermore,weight coefficient of each kind of single track irregularity contributing to TQI was analyzed.And the management value of single track irregularity was calculated.Analysis indicates that left-right and longitudinal irregularity take the large proportion in TQI,which has greater influence on track quality.According to TQI management value obtained from statistics and the weight of various irregularities,the kilometrage of various irregularities within the management value is higher than 78%.TQI management value 13 of the existing speed-increase track on Hu-Ning Line can basically ensure the whole track quality state.
