摘    要:根据大兴安岭的地形、地貌、气候、土壤、植被等自然因素和输油管道工程施工等人为因素影响进行水土流失成因分析,提出多年冻土区水工构筑物的防冻胀措施以及易产生水土流失的重点区段和水土流失防治要点,并给出多年冻土区有效的水工保护措施,即边坡防护、管沟防冲刷、冲沟处理、排水导流等措施以及高含冰量多年冻土水工构筑物的结构形式。

Abstract:The paper carries out analyzes on the causes of soil erosion according to the effects of Daxinganling terrain, topography, climate, soil, vegetation, other natural factors and effect causes by oil pipeline construction project, and proposes the anti-frost heave measures of the hydraulic structures in permafrost regions as well as the key points for preventing soil erosion in easy to occurring soil erosion section. Finally, the effective water conservation measures in permafrost regions are given in the paper, that is, slope protection, pipe-ditch antierosion, gully control, drainage measures, as well as structure form of hydraulic structures in the permafrost with high ice content.
