基于抛物线法的顶杆拉深毛坯尺寸计算

摘    要:以一种顶杆拉深件为研究对象,根据其结构特点列出圆弧与椭圆弧切点坐标值的非线性方程组,利用二分法解得其值,进而建立了各线段和曲线段的母线长度、旋转半径的数学模型,又使用抛物线法完成了椭圆弧段的母线长度和旋转半径的非初等函数积分计算,根据建立的数学模型编制了顶杆拉深毛坯尺寸计算的计算器,完成了毛坯直径的计算。

Abstract:Taking a kind of jacking rod drawing part as the research object, according to its structural characteristics, the nonlinear equations of coordinates of tangent point of arc and ellipse arc are listed. By using the dichotomy method, the mathematical models of the bus length and the rotation radius of each line segment and curve segment are established, and the non-elementary function integral calculation of the bus length and rotation radius of the elliptic arc segment is accomplished by using the parabola method. According to the established mathematical model, a calculator for calculating the blank size of the ejector rod deep drawing is developed, and the calculation of the blank diameter is completed.
