来华留学生在地方高校的跨文化适应问题研究--以绍兴文理学院为例

来华留学生的跨文化适应是一个复杂的过程。本文基于跨文化适应理论,以绍兴文理学院为例,结合地域特点和地区发展实际,探讨了来华留学生在地方高校面临的语言、学术、社会文化和心理适应困难等问题;并提出地方高校应从课程、师资、管理人员、后勤保障等多个方面帮助留学生克服文化休克所带来的不适,尤其要深入挖掘、充分运用本地资源,带领留学生全方位体验当地的政治、经济和文化,使他们尽快适应在中国的学习和生活。

Study On Cross-cultural Adaptation of the International Students of Local Universities in China

The cross-cultural adaptation of international students in China is a complex process. Based on the theory of cross-cultural adaptation, taking Shaoxing University as an example and combining regional characteristics and regional development, this paper discusses the language, academic, sociocultural and psychological difficulties faced by the international students of local universities in China, and suggests that local universities should help them overcome the discomfort caused by cultural shock from many aspects such as courses, teachers, administrators, logistics, etc. Especially local universities must make full use of the local resources, and lead international students to experience the local politics, economy and culture in all aspects so that they can adapt to their study and life in China as soon as possible.
