家文化与社会工作伦理本土化建构

社会工作专业伦理是社会工作者实践的精神动力,由于中西文化的差异,起源于西方社会的社会工作专业伦理在中国本土很难完全立足,但社会工作所追求的和谐博爱理念是任何国家都通用的。文章通过对传统家文化的观点与社会工作专业伦理进行对比分析,探讨家文化与社会工作伦理之间的契合与冲突,并本着扬弃精神对待家文化理念,使之成为构建具有中国特色的社会工作伦理体系的积极力量。

Family Culture and the Localization of Social Work Ethics

Professional ethics of social work is the spiritual driving force of social workers’ practice. Due to the differences between Chinese and western cultures, it is difficult for professional ethics of social work, which originated in western society, to stand on its own in China, but the concept of harmony and fraternity pursued by social work is universal in any country. This paper makes a comparative analysis of traditional family culture and professional ethics of social work, discusses the fit and conflict between family culture and social work ethics, and treats family culture as a positive force to build a social work ethics system with Chinese characteristics.
