新时代航海类专业学生党员的“六航”育人体系研究

新时代,党的基层组织建设至关重要,学生党建工作需要不断地创新和发展。通过对航海类专业特殊性、重要性及加强航海类专业学生党员思政教育工作的必要性着手分析,提出了一种在半军事化管理下的航海类学生党员"六航"育人体系,即导航、启航、引航、助航、领航、远航,将航海专业的人才培养与思政教育、专业教学及半军事化学生管理充分融合,对提升航海类学生党员的综合素质和能力具有重要意义。

On Educating System for the Party Construction among Nautical Students in the New Era

In the new era, the construction of the Party’s grass-roots organizations is very important, and the work of student Party construction needs constant innovation and development. Based on analysis of the particularity and importance of navigation major and the necessity of strengthening ideological and political education of student Party members, this paper puts forward a "six Sailing" education system under semi-military management concept, in which the nautical talents training, ideological and political education, specialty course teaching and students management are fully integrated to improve students’ comprehensive quality and ability.
