自升式钻井平台悬臂梁负荷试验研究

摘    要:悬臂梁负荷试验是自升式钻井平台极为关键的试验项目,其目的是验证悬臂梁结构和主船体所能承受的载荷是否满足设计要求。悬臂梁最大许用负荷一般高达千吨以上,试验具有很大难度。本文以一自升式钻井平台为例,首先对试验目的、试验程序等内容进行了论述,其次基于有限元方法论证了采用等效荷载进行试验的可能性,最后对试验压载方案、预压载方案、平台试验压载操作流程进行了研究。得出的结论对降低试验难度、增加试验安全性具有重大意义,为后续悬臂梁负荷试验提供有力指导。

Abstract:Cantilever load test is a key test item of jack up drilling platform. Its purpose is to verify whether the load of cantilever structure and main hull can meet the design requirements. Generally, the maximum allowable load of cantilever beam is more than one thousand tons, so the test is very difficult. Taking a jack up drilling platform as an example, this paper first discusses the purpose and procedure of the test, then demonstrates the possibility of using equivalent load for the test based on the finite element method, and finally studies the test ballast scheme, pre ballast scheme and platform test ballast operation flow. The conclusion is of great significance to reduce the test difficulty and increase the test safety, and provides strong guidance for the subsequent cantilever load test.
