校企共培高职汽车类专业学生工匠精神的探索与实践——以上汽大众SCEP项目为例

校企合作是实现汽车类专业学生工匠精神培养的重要载体。本文首先从匠心、匠品、匠艺三方面进行界定汽车行业工匠精神,提出校企双方共建品牌汽车集成中心、共同营造"汽车工匠"校园文化、共同制定"汽车工匠"人才培养方案、共同开发课程教学资源4个工匠精神培养策略,为培养高职院校汽车类专业学生工匠精神提供参考。最后以上汽大众SCEP校企合作项目为例进行具体的工匠精神培养实施,发现项目班学生工匠精神明显提升,校企共培学生工匠精神具有实践可行性。

The Exploration and Practice of the Co-cultivation of the Artisan Spirit of Higher Vocational Automobile Students by School and Enterprise--The SCEP project of SAIC Volkswagen as an example

School-enterprise cooperation is an important carrier for realizing the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of students majoring in automobiles.This article first defines the craftsman spirit of the automobile industry from three aspects:ingenuity,craftsmanship,and craftsmanship,and proposes that both schools and enterprises should jointly build a brand automobile integration center,jointly create a campus culture of"auto craftsman",and jointly develop a talent training plan for"auto craftsman",developing four craftsman spirit training strategies for curriculum teaching resources,and providing references for cultivating the craftsman spirit of automotive students in higher vocational colleges.Finally,the Shanghai Volkswagen SCEP school-enterprise cooperation project was taken as an example to carry out specific craftsmanship training and implementation.It was found that the craftsman spirit of the students in the project class was significantly improved,and the school-enterprise co-cultivation of the students’craftsmanship was practical.
