摘    要:新能源技术发展服务下,国内对于新能源汽车的需求量快速增加。为了更好的提升汽车服务综合建设水平,需要明确汽车服务发展的理念和关系。从汽车服务方式入手,注重新能源的服务拓展。依据现有的专业化领域,实施服务行业水平的提升。总结汽车销售服务客户调控管理的方式和标准。依据新能源用户的满意度调查,总结分析传统汽车的用户需求,分析当下的发展趋势。从售后服务方式入手,总结用户对于整体汽车销售服务的要求和观念,重点解决个性化服务的需求。从汽车服务的流程、机械、客户等思路入手,总结确定大概汽车新能源销售服务的发展趋势。本文将针对新能源汽车服务模式的发展标准和操作流程进行分析,加强汽车新能源的发展服务管理,实现新能源汽车服务的综合运营。

Abstract:With the development of new energy technologies,the domestic demand for new energy vehicles has increased rapidly.To better improve the comprehensive construction level of automobile service,it is necessary to clarify the concept and relationship of automobile service development.Starting from the way of automobile service,the article focuses on the service expansion of new energy.Based on the existing specialization fi eld,the article implements the improvement of the service industry level,and summarizes the methods and standards of automobile sales and service customer regulation and management.Based on the satisfaction survey of new energy users,the article summarizes and analyzes the user needs of traditional cars,and analyzes the current development trend.Starting from the after-sales service method,the article summarizes the users'requirements and concepts for the overall automobile sales service,and focuses on solving the needs of personalized service.Starting from the ideas of automobile service process,machinery,customers,etc.,the article summarizes and determines the development trend of automobile new energy sales service.This article analyzes the development standards and operating procedures of the new energy vehicle service model,strengthens the development service management of new energy vehicles,and realizes the comprehensive operation of new energy vehicle services.
