注重价值塑造的车辆工程专业个性化创新教育研究

新形势下,价值塑造已成为人才培养的第一要务。对于工科专业的人才培养,适应新时代的要求,价值塑造应蕴含于每一教育环节。本文以河北科技大学车辆工程专业的个性化创新教育实践环节为例,在创新教育的同时注重人才的价值塑造,并与个性化教育、创新能力培养两者协同发展,从设计题目定制、创新活动指导等方面充分发掘该实践环节中所蕴含的思政要素,构建切实有效的培养进程设计,促进学生的德智共同发展。

Research on Personalized Innovation Education for Vehicle Engineering Specialty Focusing on Value Shaping

Value shaping has become the first priority of talent training under the new situation.For the training of engineering professionals,value shaping should be contained in every educational link to meet the requirements of the new era.Taking the practice of individualized innovation education for vehicle engineering major in Hebei University of Science and Technology as an example,we should pay attention to the value shaping of talents,and develop in coordination with individualized education and innovation ability cultivation.The ideological and political elements contained in this practical link are fully explored from the aspects of design topic customization,innovation activity guidance and so on.The practical and effective training process design is constructed to promote the common development of students’morality and intelligence.
