| 摘 要： | 经济型发泡又被称为薄壁发泡,是一种对材料性能、设备精度、模具设计、产品设计、工艺控制等具有较高要求的复杂技术。该技术使内饰件具备舒适软触感及碰撞吸能特性的同时,还可以明显降低内饰件的重量,满足节能要求,这一技术符合汽车轻量化趋势。

| Abstract: | Economical foaming,also known as thin-wall foaming,is a complex technology with high requirements for material performance,equipment accuracy,mold design,product design,process control,etc.This technology enables interior parts to have a comfortable,soft touch and impact energy absorption characteristics,while also significantly reducing the weight of interior parts and meeting energy-saving requirements.This technology is in line with the trend of lightweight cars. |
