摘    要:尿素喷嘴的性能直接影响SCR后处理系统的工作效率,结合主机厂制定的SCR计量喷装置工程规范,在发动机台架上进行了2款气助喷嘴的抗结晶性能试验研究,试验表明:在发动机排气流量为500~800Kg/h、排温为550℃,尿素泵以100ml/h流量喷射尿素的工况下,试验喷嘴的抗结晶性能均满足要求,同时通过性能对比为喷嘴结构优化...

Abstract:The performance of urea-nozzle directly affects the work efficiency of SCR system.According to the requirements of the engineering discipline of main engine plants,anti-crystallization performance of two types nozzles were analyzed on engine test bench.The test results showed that under the condition of 500~800 kg/h engine exhaust flow,550℃exhaust temperature,100 ml/h urea injection flow rate,anti-crystallization performance of all nozzles meet the requirements.Meanwhile the performance comparison provides the basis for nozzle structure optimization and performance improvement.
