摘    要:随着我国综合国力的提升、国民生活水平的提高,我国汽车保有量激增,汽车后市场从业的技术型人才严重短缺,高职院校作为技术型人才培养的主战场,其中尤其是交通类院校,更要强化汽车技术教学实训课程开发和实训设备的研发,以培养出符合企业岗位需求,具备德技双高的时代人才,促进汽车后市场的发展,填补人才短缺。当前市场上所研发的教学台架存在较大的局限性,无法达到锻炼学生实操技能的需求。因此在充分调研及深入分析当前台架存在的不足,提升实操训练的实效性,兼顾实训设备反复机械设施故障及拆卸导致实训设备损坏的缺陷,本文针对当前国内院校汽车相关专业学生实训常用电控发动机实训台架存在的弊端及不足结合汽车技术的发展及高职院校发动机教学的需求进行了微型车发动机电控系统实训台架测试与研究。

Experimental Test of Fault Diagnosis Training Platform for Mini-vehicle Engine Electronic Control System

Abstract:With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the improvement of national living standards,China's car ownership has increased sharply,and there is a serious shortage of technical talents in the automotive aftermarket.Higher vocational colleges are the main battlefi eld for training technical talents,especially in transportation colleges.Colleges and universities must strengthen the development of automotive technology teaching and training courses and the research and development of training equipment to cultivate talents of the era who meet the needs of enterprises and possess both moral and technical skills,promote the development of the automotive aftermarket,and fi ll the shortage of talents.The teaching benches developed in the current market have major limitations and cannot meet the needs of training students'practical skills.Therefore,after fully investigating and thoroughly analyzing the current defi ciencies of the bench,improving the eff ectiveness of practical training,and considering the defects of repeated mechanical failures and disassembly of the training equipment,the training equipment is damaged.This article is aimed at the current domestic college students in automotive related majors.The shortcomings of the commonly used electronic control engine training benches for training combined with the development of automobile technology and the needs of engine teaching in higher vocational colleges have carried out the test and research on the training benches of the electronic control system of the mini-vehicle engine.
