工匠精神视域下高职院校汽车类专业学生职业素养现状研究

汽车行业在先进科学技术的推动下,发展较为迅速,因此,人才需求也更为迫切。高等职业院校有为行业输送高质量人才的重要使命,所以应不断提高高职院校人才培养质量,将工匠精神融入日常的教学活动中,以此培养学生的职业素养、职业道德等。本文对工匠精神的内涵以及现状进行详细分析,并为工匠精神视域下汽车相关专业学生职业素养培养提出可行之策,以实现高等职业院校培养具有较高职业素养的专业人才的目标。

Research on the Current Situation of Professional Accomplishment of Automobile Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsmen

Driven by advanced science and technology,the automotive industry has developed rapidly.Therefore,the demand for talents is more urgent.Higher vocational colleges have an important mission of delivering high-quality talents to the industry.Therefore,they should continuously improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and integrate the craftsmanship spirit into daily teaching activities to cultivate students'professionalism and professional ethics.This article analyzes the connotation and status quo of the craftsman spirit in detail,and proposes feasible strategies for cultivating the professional quality of automobile-related students from the perspective of craftsman spirit,so as to realize the goal of cultivating professionals with higher professional quality in higher vocational colleges.
