| 摘 要： | 文中以广东交通职业技术学院北校区校内实训基地为例，旨在总结其建设与管理的基本思路与实践效果，并通过对建设实践和运行效果的分析，以及管理模式的总结，从而为高职教育实训室自身发展乃至现阶段的建设提供可资借鉴的经验．也为其后续发展作一个初步的探索。
