船舶柴油主机连杆螺栓断口研究

摘    要:对某轮柴油主机损伤的连杆螺栓断口进行扫描电镜观察和能谱仪分析,从断口形貌学和材料组织与性能的角度对螺栓断口形貌特征进行了研究,指出这是一种因过载和材料中杂质过多引起的韧性断口.

Abstract:This paper has an analysis on the fracture feature of the connecting rod bolt from the aspect of fractography and material structure and its corresponding property after observing and analyzing the fracture of the connecting rod bolt with the SEM and the AES;and proposes that overloading and over impurity for a connecting rod bolt will lead to tough fracture.
