柴油机燃用乙二醇二甲醚-柴油混合燃料的排放试验研究

将乙二醇二甲醚作为一种含氧燃料,与柴油混合配制出不同比例的混合燃料,在1台单缸直喷式柴油机上进行排放对比试验,研究了在柴油中添加乙二醇二甲醚降低柴油机排放的机理,并分析了排放随发动机负荷变化的规律。研究结果表明,在柴油中添加体积分数为10%~20%的乙二醇二甲醚,可使柴油机热效率明显提高,燃烧持续期缩短,在中高负荷条件下,炭烟和CO排放大幅度降低,NOx排放稍有下降,HC排放基本不变。

Experimental Study on Diesel Engine Fueled with Ethylene Glycol Dimethyl Ether-diesel Blends Based on Emission
