基于粗糙集属性理论和差分进化算法的交通事故黑点成因分析

摘    要:道路交通事故黑点作为交通事故的高发段,造成了大量的人员死亡和财产损失.文章首先运用粗糙集属性理论对诱发交通事故的因素进行评价分析,接着采用差分进化法筛选出主要影响因素,提出相应治理措施,并以兰州市滨河路交通事故黑点分析为例进行了说明,验证了该方法的实用性.

Abstract:Road traffic accident black spots as the high incidence segments resulted in a large number of deaths and property losses. This paper evaluated and analyzed accident-induced factors by using rough set theory and attribute.Main influencing factors were chosen by using differential evolution method.Then it put forward corresponding control measures.At last,it analyzed road traffic accident black spots for Binhe road in Lanzhou, and verified the practicality of the method.
