中外营运车辆驾驶员适宜性演化规律对比研究

营运车辆驾驶员适宜性是道路交通事故的关键影响因素.文章回顾了针对驾驶员适宜性短期演化和长期演化的国内外文献,总结出工作强度和年龄是驾驶员适宜性的重要影响因素.对比研究了国内外公路货运、公路客运、公交车和出租车4类道路运输行业驾驶员的职业生涯年龄分布,结果表明,在适当的工作强度下,营运车辆驾驶员适宜性的衰退速度可以降低,部分大龄驾驶员亦可以长期维持较高的驾驶适宜性.

Comparative Study on Evolution Characteristics of Chinese-foreign Professional Driver Suitability

Professional driver suitability is one of the critical factors affecting road traffic safety. Evolution Characteristics of Chinese-foreign driver suitability in short-term and long-term were reviewed. The work intensity and age of the drivers were found to be the important factors affecting driver suitability. Comparative study on age distribution of domestic and international drivers in road freight transport, road passenger transport, public bus, and taxi transport industry was conducted. The results showed that with an appropriate intensity of the work, the decline rate of professional driver suitability could reduced. Some old drivers were also found to have sufficient driver suitability if they maintained it in proper ways.
