干线公路抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石施工技术

摘    要:结合“十二五”江苏省干线公路抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石施工技术推广,系统梳理了抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石技术要求,分析阐述了抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石技术的材料要求、混合料配合比设计、施工要点、质量管理等方面关键环节,提出了一种备选方案.提出了抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石级配范围并采用振动成型法进行配合比设计.通过试点工程建设,验证与优化了抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石路面基层施工技术.

Abstract:Combined with the "12th five-year" construction technology extension of cracking resistance cement stabilized macadam for arterial highway in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzed technical requirements and systematically expounded key points of material requirements, mix proportion design, construction and quality control of cracking resistance cement stabilized macadam. Then gradation range was given and vibration formation method was suggested. Based on a trial project, it verified and optimized construction technology of cracking resistance cement stabilized macadam.
